The Mold Electromagnetic Stirring Technology for Special Steel Continuous Casting

摘要

Based on the viewpoints of system engineering, EMS technology is applied with treating mould and EMS as one system. Based this viewpoint, online industrial experiments are made for many steel grades. By analyzing macro -etched results of the strands, metallurgical effects have been evaluated; and the corresponding rolling strands are partly analyzed and evaluated by the means of macro-etch analysis.
