A Research on Real Estate Macro-control Systems Based on Information Systems

摘要

With the continuous increase of marketization and normalization degree of China real estate market, the market mechanism has played an important role in the market regulation. And the existing macro-control system of real estate market appears to lack of ability to regulate the market. Thus an effective and efficient information-oriented tool is needed to guide the development of real estate market. Aimed at the status of China real estate market, this paper constructs a real estate macro-control system based on information systems, viz. a real estate warning system and a confidence index system. First, it presents the framework of the macro-control system and analyzes its functions. Then the methods of constructing above information systems are discussed. Based upon these methods, the index systems of both of information systems are respectively established and main models concerned are presented. Finally, a case study for the new macro-control system is discussed on the basis of the survey data from Shenzhen real estate market.
