摘要

Quantum control is the application of coherent interactions in a controllable manner to guide the dynamics of quantum systems. It usually involves the use of coherent laser radiation to direct the initial state(s) of a system to the target state(s). The central idea that coherence can be used as a tool for control on the quantum scale is originated in several research fields, including chemical dynamics, nonlinear optics, and laser spectroscopy. Moreover, the impact of quantum control is now being felt in numerous areas of physics, chemistry and materials science.
