Security of Lee-Wu-Tsaur Scheme

摘要

In 2006, Lee, Wu and Tsaur proposed a novel denial authentication protocol based on Elgamal-like signature scheme. The scheme belong non-interactive operation, and replace the underlying signature scheme in order to retain a secure status even if the previously used signature method is broken. Tain et al. pointed out the Lee et al.'s scheme exists the key compromise impersonation problem. However Tian et al. did not detail the attack scenario. In this paper, the authors would give a forgery attack without Tain's assumption.
