摘要

We have performed a systematic investigation of the colloidal crystal formation with the ultra-small-angle X-ray scattering (USAXS) technique. We estimated the distribution of poly(methylmethacrylate) (PMMA) latex particles in the binary colloidal dispersion of PMMA latex and polystyrene (PS) latex dispersions by USAXS. A clear shift of the Bragg peak position was observed by changing the mixing ratio of the dispersions, which reflected the change of the colloidal alloy structure.
