In this study, ZigBee wireless sensor networks (WSN) with mesh topology to build addressing at each installation point so that data packets have a delivery destination. For the security of data packets are made protocol that serves as a unique code each sending and receiving data at the point of installation. Test results, maximum delivery with a hitch is 49 meters and without a maximum barrier of 93 meters without any packet loss and a distance of 94 meters to 100 meters is the transition distance of delivery. The average packet loss is 7.93% due to floating factors that affect the conversion of the Arduino and the noise factor when transmitting and receiving data at the point of installation. For data security, a unique data transmission protocol consists 10 bytes in the data packet.
