Study on Extruded Soybean Used for Solvent Extraction of Soybean Oil

The influence of the parameters of soybean extrusion system (diameter of die nozzle, temperature of barrel, speed of screw and moisture of soybean) on the total oil content, residual oil ratio, soluble index of nitrogen and urease activity level of soybean extrudqte and the optimum parameters of extrusion system were studied in this paper. If parameters of soybean extrusion system are quantified reasonably, the total oil content of soybean will be not reduced basically before and after extrusion and residua oill ratio of soybean extrudate will be less than 1%. Meanwhile the extraction capacity of original extractor is risen 125 %. The total protein content of soybean will be not changed basically before and after extrusion. The soluble index of nitrogen and urease activity level of soybean extrudate will be decreased slightly.
