Viral marketing is one of the most upcoming strategies for marketers to achieve better sales using social network. It is an idea of exploiting social interactions of users to propagate awareness for products. One of the key issue in this area is to select the best seeds that maximize the influence propagated in the social network. We propose to implement the problem of selecting influential node(seed) by seed set selection algorithm. We then visualize the spread of influence in a network by using linear threshold and independent cascade technique. The data is taken from Stanford large network dataset collection, consisting of nodes and edges. The system takes CSV file and desired number of influential nodes required as input from the user. These nodes further influence their links and market the product to maximum people. Output is visualized in graphical user interface developed on python platform.
