摘要

2,2-Dinitropropyl-4-nitro-4-azapentanoat (DNP-4-NAP) was synthesized and characterised by FTIR, 1H- and 13C-NMR, density, viscosity, impact and friction sensitivity, stability tests and thermal studies (DSC, TGA). The decomposition temperatures and glass transition temperature (Tg) are obtained by the thermal studies and the enthalpy of formation was calculated from heat of combustion. The plasticizing efficiency on the binder system GAP-N100 was investigated by measuring the mechanical properties of cured gum stocks with different contents of DNP-4-NAP and compared with identical specimens using the plasticizer mixture bis(2,2-dinitropropyl)-acetal/-formal (BDNP-A/F).
