The genetic diversity of ten microsatellite sites are studied on two Cashmere goat breeds (Neimenggu cashnere goat and Liaoning cashmre goat) . The result showed: The ten micro-satellite sites have all polymorphism. The allele number of ten microsatellite sites in two cashmere goat breeds were between 5 and 11. The mean effective allele number is 4.452 6 and 5.061 9,respectively. The mean site heterozygosity is0.7601 and0.7872, respectively. The mean polymorphism information content is0.7251 and0.7473, respectively.
