Empirical Analysis of Relationship between Real Estate Development Investment and Economic Growth in Shandong Province

摘要

Based on the data of the real estate development investment and gross domestic production in Shandong province from 1998 to 2011,an empirical analysis of the relationship between real estate development investment and national economic growth in Shandong is conducted.The co-integration test indicates that there is a long-term dynamic equilibrium relationship between them.And the result that the real estate development and investment is the Granger cause of the economic growth is obtained from the Granger causality test.Finally,the empirical process is analyzed and some suggestions are put forward.
