The Optimal Model of Agricultural Financial Expenditure Based on Agricultural Economic Growth of Shandong Province

摘要

The conclusions on the research of the optimal scale of fiscal investment in agriculture have great difference between the domestic scholars,the main reason is subjected the influence of different statistical caliber and data model.In order to provides theoretical basis and experience to Shandong Province's construction of new socialist countryside,according to the data of Fiscal investment in agriculture and the total value of agricultural production of Shandong Province,this paper uses Ram's two sector production model to construct the target equation,then analyzes this equation with Hansen's threshold regression model and comes to the conclusion of the optimal scale of fiscal investment in agriculture.
