摘要

The globalization of economy and technology enables the universities to integrate with economic and social development. Only when the rich human resources in universities integrate and share with the society completely can the talent allocation which is a higher level of talent overall use be assigned scientifically and efficiently. Regional sharing system of human resources in universities will help human resources connect with social needs promptly and effectively. This paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of regional sharing of human resources in universities, and proposes the design idea for sharing management system, aiming to allocate human resources from a broader perspective, greater range and higher efficiency.
