Since then, many innovative enterprises have been identified, evaluated and named in succession. Today, Financing is the major problem confronting innovative companies. Based on this, this paper combines the characteristics of innovative enterprises and Growth Enterprises Market, and then analyses in details the risks and opportunities of financing Growth Enterprises Market has brought. At last, this paper offers some referential suggestions on making full use of Growth Enterprises Market for innovative enterprises' financing.
