Chinese Farmers' Per Capita Net Income Differences Analysis under LISA

This paper through the spatial autocorrelation analysis to the changes of 2007-2008 farmers' per capita net income of 33 provinces and autonomous regions in China, come to global spatial statistical indexes Moran's I and local statistical indicator LISA.These two statistical indexes work significantly in describing the change of fanners' per capita net income of each province in China, and clearly demonstrate the in coordination and difference among regions, especially the obvious gap between East and West.To resolve the problem of the enormous gap between East and West, we need focus on accelerating the development of the western region. The western region needs to speed up the transfer of the rural population and reduce the proportion of farmers; rely on, serve and dock core cities; strongly enhance agricultural productivity with the scientific and technological strength; effort to change the imbalance status between input and output of the western agriculture.
