In order to improve the accuracy of the performance evaluation of the precision poverty alleviation project, a performance evaluation model based on a large data analysis for the accurate poverty alleviation project is proposed. The regression test of the large data of the performance evaluation of the accurate poverty alleviation project is carried out with the descriptive statistical average analysis results, and the fuzzy C mean fusion is used. The clustering method is used to classify the performance of the precision poverty alleviation project. According to the results of the data clustering, the effectiveness of the investment of the poor capital is evaluated, the quantitative evaluation model of the performance of the financial expenditure and the poverty alleviation project is set up, the financial structure is adjusted by the F statistics analysis method, and the electric business is carried out according to the statistical analysis results of the poverty alleviation. The self-adaptive adjustment of the precision poverty alleviation project and the large data analysis method are used to optimize the performance evaluation and optimization of the accurate poverty alleviation project. The results of the empirical analysis show that the accuracy of the performance evaluation of the accurate poverty alleviation project is high, the large data processing efficiency is high, and the fusion is better.
