Current study presents the comparative analysis results of spectral-optical properties of rat normal and tumor brain tissues. The differentiation of normal and malignant brain tissues was carried out by photodiagnostics method using 5-aminolevulinic acid photosensitive compound. The fluorescent images, fluorescence and absorption spectra were obtained.
