Mobile ad hoc networks(MANET) gives access anywhere anytime and hence it became popular. The characteristics of these types of networks are self organizing, infrastructure-less, decentralized, dynamic topology. Routing plays a crucial part in formation of ad-hoc networks. In MANET, security is one of the main factors while routing. In the presence of malicious nodes, these types of networks are vulnerable to various kinds of attack. Thus a system is required for secure routing, it includes Secure Enhanced Zone Routing Protocol (SEZRP) which requires Public-Private keys and Unique Identification Number distributed among each node in ad-hoc network. Private Key is used to generate the signature and sends to the other node along with secure code. Public key of sender node is needed to authenticate them at each node and this task is done by receiving node. This protocol helps to route the packets securely from source node to destination node by providing security services like integrity, confidentiality, etc.
