Bioimpedance analysis is the method used which provides information related to the correct health status. Various body composition methods are available used to measure body composition. Body composition measurement is done either by single frequency, multifrequency. In order to measure impedance of human body current is injected into tissues. With the help of AFE4300 impedance spectrometer it is possible to perform both single and multifrequency measurement. AFE4300 is the impedance spectrometer developed by Texas Instrument able to measure various body composition parameters like FFM, FM, TBW, ICW, ECW and BMI etc. Single frequency measurement is done at 50 KHz; multifrequency measurement is done at five different frequencies using AFE4300EVM-PDK board like 8 KHz, 16 KHz, 32 KHz, 64 KHz and 128 KHz etc. Single frequency measurement is done using FWR and Multi-frequency measurement is done using I/Q demodulator. It contains two chains one is used for body composition measurement other for weight scale measurement only one chain is activated at same time, In this work we use AFE4300 EVM-PDK board for body composition measurement purpose. After measuring body composition parameters, body composition analysis done through various anthropometric equations.
