Analysis of the Structure of Building Construction Industry in Beijing

This paper starts with the changes of the industrial structure and the pattern of ownership of building construction industry in Beijing, makes an analysis on the industrial framework of organizations, discusses the structural characteristics of their overall arrangement, and analyzes the human resources structure of the building construction industry and its variational tendency. Through the analysis on the modes of industrial structure of building construction industry of developed countries, this paper discusses the tendency of industrial structure of building industry of Beijing., and further brings forward the selections of industrial structure of building industry in Beijing.
