摘要

This article has analyzed and evaluated the efficiency of real estate industry of big and mediumsized cities in our country at the quantitative angle. In order to eliminate the linear correlation among variables, we adopt the method of combining Factor Analysis with Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) to evaluate the efficiency. Firstly, the article sets up the main factors by factor analysis model which reduces the variable numbers with less information loss, at the same time, makes the main factor orthogonal each other. Secondly, we take the main factors selected as the input and output of Data envelopment analysis (DEA), then sets up the model of DEA: BCC and C2R. At last, we use the combination model to evaluate the efficiency of real estate industry of big and medium-sized cities in our country.
