Based on the study of quality control of project supervision during the construction stage, it lists various main factors affecting the project quality and explores the process and content of quality control. From the perspective of practice, the text elaborates the seven practical methods in quality management, and analyzes the keys, the content and the steps of quality control of the municipal engineering supervision in the construction stage through the practical example of engineering.
