The Design of the Green Construction Assessment System

摘要

Basing on the study of Assessment System for Green Building of Beijing Olympic,this paper develops a framework and an index system of green construction assessment.It quantifies the indices by using the QL method and shows the value of quantified score on a two-dimensioned diagram of QL results,which describes the real relationship between the construction environment quality and the reduction of environment load clearly,and gets the green construction level of enterprises.In a word,this paper proposes an objective quantity standard and effective method to estimate the green construction level of enterprises.
