Intersubjective Management: Model of the Problem Situation

摘要

Intersubjective management is a new branch of management aiming to help people from life world to solve their problem situations. Problem situation modeling in intersubjective management could play an important role in promoting a new theory. It would help to use modern information and communication tools in order to optimize decision-making processes by the community of actors. The key subjects of intersubjective management are heterogeneous actors who found themselves in problem situations and didn't see the way out. Group behavior of actors looks similar to the team behavior of agents united for collective activities. Therefore, an analogy between the work of the team of agents and actors' community activities was drawn while designing the problem situation model.
