In past few years many studies have been done to find correlation and mathematical relationship between mRNA and protein expressions in biological systems. This practice is still going on to improve and find exact relationship between these biomolecules. Scopes for further improvement of such analysis still remains for unavailability of absolute count of all such molecules present inside the cell. In course of the time new types of biomolecules are coming in pictures and standard datasets for biomolecules with their expression values are also becoming available. This provides us opportunity to find the underlying relationship among the expression values, which may ultimately reflect the molecular crowding scenario inside the cell. Circular RNAs are such re-discovered type of biomolecules gaining importance day by day. It is reported that pre-mRNA splicing competes with the event of circularization. Also, RNA Binding Proteins are reported to play important role in circularization process. Furthermore, it is obvious that, changes in the abundance of protein and mRNA will affect the abundance of Circular RNAs. In this study, assimilating these informations, we tried to explore, the effect of molecular crowding on biogenesis of circular RNA inside a cell. Towards this direction, we have explored statistical correlations among expressions of mRNAs, Circular RNAs and proteins with some selected cell lines of Homo sapiens. The negative correlation between Circular RNAs and mRNAs supports the existing competition between these RNAs reported by R. Ashwal-Fluss et al (2014).
