THE CONCEPTUAL DESIGN OF AN AUTOMATIC DROPPING PILL MACHINE FORCHINESE TRADITIONAL MEDICINE BASED ON QFD AND TRIZ

Dropping pill is a representative preparation in coursernof modernization of Chinese traditional medicine. Thisrnarticle deals with the conceptual design of an automaticrndropping pill machine for Chinese traditional medicinernbased on QFD and TRIZ. By using QFD, customerrnrequirements are converted into quality characteristics firstrnand the supported functions of the machine are createdrnaccordingly. Then QFD is used to find contradictions.rnPhysical conflict and the principles for solutions in TRIZrnare used to solve the contradictions. At last a newrnconceptual design for the mechanism is formed.
