摘要

An expert system for on-line fault diagnosis of the lubricatingrnoil refining process is presented. Design of the expert systemrnstructure, the knowledge base, and the inference machine arerndiscussed in detail. A new strategy for conflict resolution ofrnknowledge - the sorting strategy of antecedents and arnselection strategy of knowledge rules in the memoryrnknowledge base are proposed. Knowledge acquisitionrnmechanism is discussed in the work, while knowledgernverification is carried out based on the directed graphrnapproach. The diagnose system has been developed for anrnindustrial lubricating oil refining process. The systemrnresponds with the process faults promptly and satisfiesrnrequirement of the production.
