The paper presents the study of the kinetic of the dissolution process for gold-bearing pyrites by marking the gold with radioactive tracers. In order to carry out this process, the authors have subjected to the test of irradiation in the nuclear reactor, a sample of gold-bearing pyrite, which is introduced than in the industrial fow of dissolution by cyanidation of the marked gold. The presence in different phases of the flowsheet was emphasised by the gamma spectrometry to the rays released by the marked gold.
