摘要

The success or failure is dependent on the detail.There exists a great potential safety risk of high-speed train due to stick-slip vibrations in the duration of slowing down to 160km/h,as stipulated in the so-far HSR safety supervision.The suppression of stick-slip vibrations to diminish the perturbation scale should be adopted by the simple and practical measure according to the analyses of stability property patterns.It is shown in the evaluation of anticipated results that the emergency response strategy should be reconsidered carefully of keeping on the normal velocity if an airspring is burst.
