Research on the Frost Damage Prevention Technology of the Railway Tunnel Waterproof and Drainage Facility in Cold District

摘要

Frost damage in tunnel refers to the seeping and frozen water in cold district tunnels.It usually results in the icing of the tunnel arch,side wall,and inside network,frost heaving of the surrounding rock,spalling of the liner,and the icing and swelling of the bottom and railway lines,which would endanger traffic safety.Generally the damage near the tunnel opening is more serious.The thesis analyzes the causes of the frost damage of the railway tunnel waterproof and drainage facility and makes the considerations in designing the waterproof projects in the cold district.The thesis describes the practice adopting the electric heating technology to prevent and improve the damage as well as the experiences to help project the new tunnel designing in the cold district.
