A STUDY ON DESIGNING SELF-COMPLETION LINES

摘要

In this paper, a mathematical model to attempt shortening of the total production time required had been considered and a numerical experiment showing the way of designing the cycle time had been given. Moreover, we had confirmed that working delay and line stop could be absorbed by the introduction of the auxiliary workers and the buffer product between the lines.
