摘要

The theoretic model of impact loading indirect measurement to act on a running complicated motive power machine is built up. A set of the experiment devices is designed, which is fit for laboratory and locale. Proper vibration characteristics of the structure are obtained by trial mode analysis and parameters identification. The software of frequency-domain loading identification is compiled and debugged to apply for multi-input and multi-output system, which is examined by the simulating loading testing. In order to improve the accuracy of the loading indirect measurement, a series of techniques are used to reduce noise interference. By using FRF of structure on the condition of simulating loading, the impact loading indirect measurement and identification for the system is accomplished. The results show the indirect measurement technique of the impact loading is correct and effctive.
