The essay is intended to expound technical cruxes involved in tehWindows'95 multi-lingual information process encompassing Uyghur, Kazak, Arabic, Chinese and Engligh in the development of different editing directions, new difficulties and contradictions unequal-width information process for national languages facing in Windows system as well as their solutions and describes national languages display technique, handling mechanism and new ideas.
