摘要

The paper concentrates on the two methods used to solve the Single-Input-Single-Output Digital Process Control problem is Educational Environment - Procedure-oriented programming (POP) and Object Oriented Programming (OOP). It compares and summarizes the results from both methods and draw some conclusions for cost-effective methodologies used to solve engineering problems. The research also aims to suggest reliable and quantitative comparative software metrics so that software models of other engineering problems could be examined.
