In software development processes, advantages of using regularized methods are known widespread. And component-based developments are widely used for large-scale software systems. In this study, we design specification repository for component-based software development. For distribution of repository, we use XML for specification language. And we represent repository structure in forms of relational model. Proposed design can support load-balacning facilities in distributed multi user cooperative environments. It is designed to consider adopting metamodel, it also provides scalabilities for various applications.
