摘要

The paper aimed at tobacco parching house and introduced a smart temp-humidity control system for some tobacco planted area in Guizhou "province. Writer adopted Fuzzy-PID error control technology and adjusted power-weight of Fuzzy and PID control on-time based on variety of measurement and setup value. Writers adopted digital temperature sensor, PHILIPS LM75A and AT89C51 to construct controller of fuzzy parameter self-adjusting and PI. Then at 32□ to 67□, the system realizes control with optimal temp-humidity curve of tobacco parching. System control the tobacco's changing during firing. The system solves these problems that because of great heat inertia, long time transmission of measure, and lagging of current on-off control, the traditional temp-humidity control system is difficult to actualize precision testing and synchronous control. The system has low overshoot, good robustness, strong adaptability, and short time-regulation. Thus it improves quality of tobacco.
