摘要

The multilevel inverter requires separate DC sources in each level. The characteristics of open loop and closed loop are analysed with different parameters. The total harmonic distortion can be reduced by using the photovoltaic energy. By increasing the inverter level, it can be eliminated switching losses and conduction losses. This paper presents a fifteen level asymmetric cascaded H-bridge inverter fed with load. This type requires less number of switches. So that the inverter cost can be reduced. Fuzzy logic control is chosen for inverter to home uninterruptable power supply applications.
