With the development of technology, the need for various devices to communicate with each other is becoming important. Currently, the best solution for this is the Internet of Things, which can be considered as a network of devices which enables them to communicate with each other and exchange data. IoT integrated with robotics can act as an important tool to solve many practical problems. The tea leaves plucking process in tea plantation is done either manually or through semiautomatic harvesters. In this paper, an IoT based Two Revolute type Planar Manipulator is being developed and a layout and process flowchart is proposed for the automatic plucking of tea leaves, which can be used for making the plucking process fully automatic.
