摘要

The fretting corrosion is still a difficult phenomenon to apprehend in its entirety. Indeed, a mechanical action will cause a degradation of the contact resistance, by a mixture of mechanical, chemical and electrical phenomena, whose exact mechanisms are not fully understood. This leads to the fact that aging models still fail to account for experimental data. Damage criteria exist, relative movement distances of the interface. However, the mechanical excitation does not occur at the contact interface, but is applied to the entire connector. It is to link this external stress with the internal behavior that we have set up a model of transfer function of vibrations between different parts of the connector, starting from measurement on a real system. From these measurements, a simple model is set up, in order to be able to express, from a given vibration profile, the behavior of the contact zone in order to check whether it meets the criteria of non-damage.
