The non-fragile robust H∞ control problem is considered for sector nonlinear uncertain stochastic systems with time delays. The time delays exist in state and control simultaneously. The uncertain nonlinearities in the systems state and control are both assumed to satisfy norm-bounded conditions. A sufficient condition on the existence of non-fragile robust stochastic stabilizing controller with additive controller gain variation is presented in terms of a group of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Then the non-fragile robust H∞ control law is designed to stabilize the given systems with exogenous disturbance.
