Research on Environment-Behavior: The Coordinated Development between Human Settlements of New Socialist Countryside and Rural Landscape

As a historic task, building a new socialist countryside now spreads in all aspects, and the traditional housing type will be strongly influenced by modern living concepts. The values of rural inhabitants have changed because those inhabitants' living spaces have been totally remodeled. It comes to be a vital topic that how to achieve sustainable development of the rural landscape and the rural culture.rnRural Landscape is considered to be precious resources, which can achieve sustainable development of the rural society, rural economy and rural culture. This article, takes the planning of Human Settlements of New Socialist Countryside as an example, and attempts through the view of environment-behavior to analyze the process of cognizing the living habit, living environment, influence on country habitant mentality and behavior during the construction. The problems which exist in the construction of human settlements of new socialist countryside are also analyzed. The authors point out the connection and dependence between the rural inhabitants' living behavior and rural landscape in the new rural human settlement environment. The authors discuss how to combine new development and traditional ruralarea into a energetic future. Stable development of rural landscape is important for the new socialist countryside building, so feasible suggestions are put forward for the construction of human settlements of new socialist countryside.
