摘要

In this article is bringing results of researches of changes microstructure lees soils in the foundations of longly-exploited buildings of mass building. Term of exploitation of buildings is from 20 to 50 years. Quality and quantity chauges of microstructure of leessing soil are reveal. In this article advanced hypothesis of forming of new structure under the influence of looding along the protracted exploitations of leesing soil foundations. Also in this article is bringing results of researches of stressed-deformationing condition anisotroping soil foundations on IBM by method of final elements with application of mathematical planing of experiment. Countings are made for stabilizationing condition of soils, situated in the conditions of flat deformation with horizontal position of surface of isotropy of surrounding. Adopted in counting transversal-isotroping model of soil foundation appreciated with five independent parameters. Proposering method allow to determine counting sizes and appreciable degree of deformationing anisotropy soiled foundations.
