摘要

The deformation and rupture control of shaft is one of the heavily difficult problems in coal mining.Only when the mechanism of the shaft rupture is correctly understood,the difficult problems can be solved.Based on the filed investigation and statistic analysis of the freezing shaft rupture in many mining areas,the basic characteristic of shaft rupture is discussed considering the aspects of the stratum structure,the time,the position and the form of shaft rupture.And then,the relevant rupture characteristic which can not be explained reasonably by the theory in existence is analyzed.The conception that waterpower connection exists between the upper water-bearing layer and the underlying around the shaft is brought forward.Further more,the comprehension about the mechanism of the shaft rupture comes into being.It reckons that the underlying water-bearing loses water and arise drainage in the upper.As a result,soil mass is compressed and subsides,the additional stress of shaft changes,therefore,shaft rupture occurs finally.The paper analyses the mechanism of the shaft rupture using the theory above aiming at the representative phenomenon of shaft rupture.Research indicates that the new theory can explain the phenomenon of shaft rupture and reveal the mechanism.It can be applied to guide the design of reinforcing and repairing the ruptured shaft.
