Linear time fractal quadtree coder

摘要

We describe a linear time fractal image coder which uses a quadtree construction to support a wider performance range than the standard fast coder. Image recovery is less accurate than full fractal coding and the JPEG standard, but the algorithm has the advantage of very fast compression.
