Ultrafiltration of Wheat Straw Black Liquor

摘要

The effect of MWCO of membranes and solids content on the flux rate, concentration of solution, content of main components of permeate and retenuate were discussed. It was found that ultrafiltration can be used to increase lignin content, decrease ash, sugar and sugar acid content in retenuate. At meantime, the black liquor is concentrated. The flux rate of using when membrane of MWCO 5K is the lowest compared with those using membranes of MWCO 1K and 10K. For different purposes to increase lignin content or decrease ash, sugar and sugar acid content, the specific MWCO membranes and solids content should be selected.
