Paper, one of the four greatest inventions in China, was invented in 105 A.D. by Cailun and brought hunian society the advance of material and spirit civilization. At present, along with the advance of human society and beyond its traditional application, paper has become the most important information carrier. Undoubtedly, paper industry will have its own position in the modern industries. Paper industry can be regarded as the flourishing industry, more concerning and supporting than ever are given to the industry by the management departments of the government. In the transition time of the century, some overseas and domestic people are concerned about the future of paper industry. I am happy to have a good opportunity to express my view here.
