摘要

Hydraulic vibrations can provoke very strong hydraulic loads in pumping systems, hydro power plants, or in any hydraulic system. In order to update old pump or hydro-turbine, the stability of turbine should be clearly know. The experience was carried out in a full scale Kaplan turbine, aimed to identify the level of vibration and pressure fluctuation in the turbine. This paper was not only shown the pattern of vibration and pressure fluctuation of the turbine, but also given the causing reasons. Finally, at present paper a optimum mounting angle of the runner blades was given in different operation condition, such as unit start and loaded condition.
