摘要

A series measurement is necessary prior to the optimum design can be taken. In this paper, two indoor units KF-60L and KFR-70L, used in domestic air conditioner system, are adopted in the study for measurement of various indoor units on the overall performance, typically on aerodynamic performance and noise radiation cf floor-standing air conditioner. It is demonstrated from a series of experiments that the maximum flow resistance exists at the box of the indoor unit, followed by the evaporator and intake. The noise level can be effectively abated when a good intake design can be achieved. Additionally, the approaches for performance optimization as well as its design methodologies are therefore proposed.
