Template parameter maximum based cell image count

摘要

In this paper, a new cell count method based on the template parameter maximum is proposed. It includes mainly the eigenvalue space transformation, the abstract of the template eigenvalue, the determination of the template eigenvalue, the determination of the template eigenvalue thresolding and the satistics of the sum total of cell. the characteristic of the method lies in that the every cell that adheres each other in the image can be counted.
