The discovery of multiple tetaploids in dilver crycian carp suggests that the eggs of silver crucan carp have not only the capability of holding all self-chromosomes by hynogenesis, but also the ability by which heterologous sperm can be fused and chromosomes of the sperm can be integrated. developed and inherited in corrdination with the egg's chromosomes. Based on the discovery, the studies on breeding of multiple"species" in siluver crucian carp had been carried out in our laboratory. On the other hand, two development nodes of allogynogenesis and pseudoamphimixis were alredy suggesed in the multiple eetraploids. In this study, some developental mode variations were further diccovered from this mate of the multiple tetraploid (female) X silver crucian corp(male). The revelaation of development mode variations is again a new breakthrough after the discovering of multiple tetrploids possess geat breeding potentialities, and thereby cue a ew breeding way in the gynogenteic system of silver curcian carp.
